We Ship via UPS
We chose UPS as the shiping service at Banners Printing in order to provide our customers with reliable fast service and a variety of shipping options to choose from according to their needs and budget.
If your order total is equal to or more than $150.00, you are eligible for free Ground shipping.
The shipping methods offered are the following:
- Ground (4-7 days transit)
- 3 day transit
- 2 day transit
- 1 day transit
We also offer Saturday Delivery. Saturday Delivery may not be available in certain areas. Please meake sure it is available in your area before choosing this option.
The processing time for your order typically takes between 24 - 48 hours from the time you have approved the artwork for printing, which in turn takes not more than 24 hours for you to receive after you have placed your order.
Tracking your Shippment
You can easily track your shipment at the UPS website. Once we ship your order you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You may also retrieve this information by visiting your account section.
Return & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted if the products were damaged in shipping or we made a production mistake. Refunds are not generally issued for mistakes generated by the customer. It is strongly advised to request a digital proof of all artwork.
If a product was damaged or there is a production mistake you should notify us immediately so that we can begin the exchange process.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
